Our services can help the smallest of companies requiring prepared wires
as well as larger companies requiring a custom interface panel with mating cable harness.
We will work closely with you during the design process all the way up to the packaging of the product.
Design/Idea
We offer services within the design process whereby we are able to create your own custom designs using 2D/3D design tools and can also assist with the designing where necessary. We also provide part sourcing, so as to offer you the part that you want without the trouble of designing it from scratch, providing it is available. Prototyping is also carried out to make sure that you are getting exactly what you want.
Wire/Cable
Wires are firstly prepared by in-house staff and, using industrial tools, wires are cut, stripped and
over moulded. We can then terminate the ends of the wire in the form of crimp, solder, splice or tin.
Connectors/Panels
We produce connectors and panels that require the use of Injection moulding and Dip moulding. We also offer contacts that have been made either having being pressed, turned or laser cut.
